Hello everyone my name is Adam Khassim, owner and operator of Ontario Zinza Garlic Sauce Co. I am honored and happy to be apart of this wellness group. A brief summary about us, we are the leaders in creamy garlic sauce for Ontario with our trade secret recipes in our original and spicy version. Also, now serving our Qalaba **** bean rocket roll wraps with crispy pan fried layered flat bread you can only find with us that also has trade secrets making it unmatchable. It comes wrapped in our semi smashed **** beans blended with our other special recipe we use to make it, topped with curly parsley, lemon lime and chopped purple onions, topped with our Zinza sauce.
